OUR CLASSESOur class menu varies month to month but often includes Bread Making, Vegan Baking, Fermentation, Nut Cheese, Gourmet Vegan, Wild Food Walks and international cuisines such as Korean, Italian, Caribbean, South Indian, Thai, Mexican, Palestinian, West African and many more.
All our classes are 100% plant-based/vegan.

Most of our in-person classes are held at our Liberty Hall HQ in Hackney, E5 9AA.

Our online classes are held on zoom. The ingredients list is posted on the class listing on our website in advance so you can get your pre-class shopping done in plenty of time. The recipes are sent via email, prior to the class. The zoom link and password to join the session will arrive in your inbox when you book.
